We are committed to reviewing our curriculum regularly to meet the needs of our students and ensure we offer the most up to date range of courses and qualifications.

Students are placed in sets for most subjects, which takes account of their attainment. This ensures they make the right rates of progress right from the start. For other subjects they will be taught as mixed ability groups. Dynamic teaching and a creative learning environment is fundamental to our approach to ensure students achieve their full potential.

We encourage the students constantly to review their work and make plans for the future. They all keep a record of their achievement throughout the five years, which includes all of their commendations and certificates. They leave at the end of  Year 11 with a progress file which they have produced using our excellent ICT facilities.
